Thank you for choosing me to create art for you! I put a lot of time, thought and patience into each canvas. By sending your deposit, or (art raffle winners) agreeing to the start of the creation time, you are mutually agreeing to follow all the terms and conditions listed in this document.

Typically, artwork can take 1.5 - 4 weeks to complete. Creation time depends on the size of the canvas and the medium being used. I will specify to you before the start of the creation time, an estimated time it will take to complete your artwork.

• Rush Fee: If you need your artwork completed before the given Creation time, there will be a $20 rush fee added to the final cost.

Deposit & Final Price

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the final price before starting the Creation time. Once the artwork is completed, the remainder of the final cost will be required before I ship the artwork to you. You can ask for a watermarked picture of the final work before sending the remainder of the final price.

I accept payments through Cashapp & Venmo, credit card, or cash payments. Payment links will be sent to you before the start of Creation time.

• If the deposit is not paid, I will not start the Creation time. If you delay the deposit payment more than 3 days, I reserve the right to start another commission or art raffle prize and push back the start of your creation time to a later date.

• If the final payment is not paid, I will not ship the finished artwork to you. It will be kept safe until you pay. If final payment is not made within a year, you will no longer be allowed to request commissions from me.

*Credit card payments can only be made using a personalized Shopify link that I send to you.

*Cash payments can only be made in person.

Due to the nature of artwork creation, you can ask for revisions or changes to the artwork once, if it is more than 50% completed. Changes and revisions can be made before sending the remainder of the final price. After the first change and revision, I will require another 15% of the remainder of the final price to start the additional changes and revisions.

If the artwork is less than 50% completed, you can ask for changes and revisions without the 15% of the remainder of the final price twice. Changes and revisions after this will make the artwork considered over 50% completed.

• If the required payments are not paid, I will not continue to complete your artwork. If required payments are not made within a week, I reserve the right to start another commission and push back the end of your Creation time to a later date.

Original artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. My original artwork cannot be resold or used for promotions. I spend a lot of time creating my designs, please do not take advantage. Breaking these terms will result in legal action. The only clause to this is in the event that we discuss and sign a legal contract outlining the terms of royalty fees from using my artwork to make a profit.

• I reserve the right to use the original artwork for other sales and promotions. • If you want to purchase the rights to design, we can discuss and sign a legal contract agreeing to a final price of the original artwork and outlining terms and conditions of using the artwork.

I will be shipping the completed artwork to you through USPS. Please provide a valid address. If you give me the wrong address, I am not responsible for the loss of the artwork and you will not be entitled to a refund. However, I will create one replacement artwork for 50% the original price (excluding change and revision fees).

I am not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. You can add shipping insurance for $5 added to the final price.

• You will receive a tracking number.

• I will agree to meet in person if the mutual meeting place is public and within 100 miles from where I live. I will not meet within a residential area or secluded, dangerous area. Accepted meeting places are malls, stores, shopping centers, and libraries.
